tags- adjustable text

Hi

I'd love if the loadable tags will have an option to adjust the width of the text once loaded into the project.

It's very hard to make the width of the text perfect for all text lengths...

Sometimes the text is shorter and I want it all in one line,

and sometimes longer- but I don't want it breaking up into 3-4 lines...

Thanks!!

As an example. I have a door tag, which is an oval with a text inside. The text is taking the "Mark" value from door family.

I would like to be able to calculate number of characters in that label that refers to "Mark" parameter and include it in formula which controls the length of the oval.

Right now there is no way to connect tag labels and family parameters.

I agree with this.

Just having resizable labels in the project environment would be great, but this would also be nice

I meant adjustable labels...

Label widths being parameterizable (currently it's only precisely definable via Revit API or approximated by mouse-dragging) would go a long way.

Admittedly having them be reactable to character length could prove to have its own challenges relating to font types, computer settings, treatment of special characters/carriage returns/etc...

But at least a way to manipulate the widths in a way that isn't Family Type 1 (Small Label), Family Type 2 (Medium Label), Family Type 3 (An Even Bigger Label) would help.
