Hello, my computer is struggling to open REVIT files from other companies. It'll open our company's files just fine, but whenever I try to open a file that was shared with us from another company, the file just spins and loads forever. When I try to open the same files on other computers in our office, it opens right up without any issues. I've tried updating and reinstalling the program, as well as making separate copies of the file to try and open, but so far nothing is working. Has anyone else had this problem before or know how to resolve this issue? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
