I am writing you regarding a very upsetting problem. We are a team of four students and we are working on the same project using BIM360 team cloud.
The problem is that the project is working fine for the ones who are creating and uploading the central model on BIM 360 cloud, but for other team members works very slow, it has a lot of lag while trying to navigate the project, and also I want to specify that the project is only 5 mb large.
For example, I was the one who uploaded the project to the cloud and server, on my computer works really good, on others team members really slow and on my laptop as well( i have two pc's). We tried to change the uploader and, for the project she uploaded on the cloud is the same. On her computer works very well and on our very slow, on my pc as well.
Our pc's are quite good and when we are working on other stand-alone personal projects we are not facing any difficulties
Where is the problem and what can we do?
P.S: once it started to work good on my other pc/laptop, but I don't know what happened or what I did.
