Revit File Corrupted - A360 Cloud - Manually recover???

Long story short.  I have several team members that can access the Cloud and open the data.  I have one user who now can not and is getting the "Data in file is corrupted and needs to be manually recovered."

However, this same user can open and run all other cloud rvt files just fine.  We have looked at trying to clear the cache, we have tried to confirm consistancy of A360 build versions, we have also tried to repair the install.

At this point we are stuck unless someone has a better idea or is this something beyond us and we need to directly contact AutoDesk to resolve.?

Thanks in advance.

Hi Matthew,

Thanks for posting to the forum. Is this Revit Collaborate? With A360, you would need to upload the file, so you would have the same version on your local system.

Let me know if this is Revit Collaborate, and I'll go ahead and move this to the Revit forum.

Thanks and looking forward to getting more details from you on this.

Yes, Revit Collaborate with A360.  Sorry, new to the forum.

Thanks, M

Hi,

Didi you follow these steps to clean the cached files, including the PAC cache?

https://knowledge.autodesk.com/support/revit-products/troubleshooting/caas/sfdcarticles/sfdcarticles...

Could you clean the cache (both collaboration cach and PAC cache)

Try to open the C4R model

If it still fails, please post the Revit journal here and we can take a closer look and try to figure out what might be wrong.

Regards

Okay i'd like to know how to recover a .rvt fil that cannot be recoved by the default options posted on different forums.

I have tried to recover using the Manage A360 Models, but no luck.

I have tried to clear cache and still no luck.

So what else is there for option on fixing the problem where i can recover a .rvt that is corrupted, it's a collaboration file also

Restoring a previous version is the simplest way to get the state of the cloud workshared model to an uncorrupted state.  Can you provide some information on how that process is failing here?
