Revit Cloud Worksharing - Syncing Issues in Multi-User Environment

I'm currently working in a multi-user environment using Revit Cloud Worksharing, and I'm experiencing challenges with syncing changes. It seems that there are occasional conflicts and synchronization delays that are impacting the collaborative https://www.gbgenie.com/gb-whatsapp/ workflow. Has anyone else encountered similar syncing issues in a multi-user environment? If so, how did you address them? Any tips or best practices would be greatly appreciated.

You are going to have to be more specific in describing your issues.

The first thing to check is to verify that everyone working on the model are on the same build #.

I agree with @RSomppi the first thing you want to check is the Revit versions for each user.

Second, how many users are syncing? I have seen issues where we had 25+ users syncing and some users had to wait an hour to sync. We had to start a separate teams chat to let everyone know who is syncing.

If this solution works for you, please mark it as a solution that makes it easier for other users to find. Thank you.

Thank you.
