Project not loading on A360

We are trying to access a model being shared through A360. We had access before going on holiday last Thursday. Whenever I go to open the model, I open Revit, click Open..., Navigate to my A360 tab, and the word "Loading..." appears and begins to blink without ever loading the file (see attachment). I have made all necessary updates to both Collaboration and Revit 2017.

The firm we are collaborating with can still access the file no problem through A360. This issue is happening on both computers with A360 access in our office. What's even stranger is when I try to access my Autodesk account via Chrome it says, " The site can't be reached. Manage.autodesk.com's server DNS address could not be found. " I changed our IPv4 DNS server to 8.8.8.8, and it got rid of this error. Revit 2017 was even able to access the shared project through A360. Unfortunately this change of DNS server breaks the connection to our work server and prevents emails and all sorts of things from coming through. What is going on? We need help.

Hi,

This sound to me like there is something wrong with your default DNS (or possible your proxy-sever) - for some reason it cant' resolve *.autodesk to the correct IP#.

There is also the possibility that your local DNS cache on the system is out-of-dateyou could try to refresh it by opening a command prompt and type the following:

ipconfig /flushdns

If the above doesn't work, you should contact your ISP and/or network administrators to figure this out.

A possible workaround could be to use 8.8.8.8 as your primary DNS but add your local servers in the host file on your system (C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc\hosts).

You will however need to change this on all workstations
