Creating a Team Hub with A360 Team

I purchased Collaboration for Revit today, and I don't see A360 Team in my list of services online. Am I correct that I need this in order to set up our first Team Hub, and that it comes with C4R? How long does it usually take to show up, or am I not looking in the right place?

A360 Collaboration for Revit will show up as a Service within your Autodesk Accounts.  Once shown there, assign this service to all users needed.
