BIM 360 Consultant workflow

I was brought into a project on BIM360 as a consultant and I have a couple of questions about how this works. I have an Editor project level status.

- How do I add/save my model to the project. I was expecting to see the BIM 360 link in the Revit save dialog just like it is in the open dialog.

- When I access the project through the Web interface I see the same two files as when I go to open a file from Revit, but they are not the same files, they are out of date. What's going on with that? Is the Web interface just a file sharing portal, like box?

- I will have to contribute CAD models in DWG format also, unfortunately. What is the intended workflow for that?

- If this client also has a license of Plant3D 2018 can they create a Plant3D project within that same BIM360 project? If they don't, can I?

- We use Revit Server internally. Is there any out-of-the-box anyway to automate synchronizing those two locations?

Thanks

I think you are looking for Collaboration for Revit and not BIM 360, see the difference https://knowledge.autodesk.com/support/revit-products/learn-explore/caas/sfdcarticles/sfdcarticles/W...

Will also request you to have a look at AU class, http://au.autodesk.com/au-online/classes-on-demand/class-catalog/classes/year-2016/collaboration-for...
