Anyone has problem with Cloud Models ?

Anyone has problem Cloud with Models? mine suddenly cannot open to Cloud Models or save.

I keep a bookmark to the Autodesk health webpage, they're subscribed to Amazon webservices and will go down when that service goes down. Seems to happen a few times a year:
