A360 Mange A360 Models not working

I recently installed a Revit security fix application called revit_2017_0_3. Now i cannot access my manage A360 files from revit. I am working in Revit 2017 version/build 17.05.503.0/2017.0.3 (see above highlighted)

are you able to log into your team hub through the Collaboration 4 Revit tools?

can you log into the web browser for your team hub?

Yes I can login to my hub for all my projects.

it seems to be something on Autodesks side.

many others are experiencing different issues to the same theme

@Anonymous, is your version of Revit different from your version of C4R.  If there is a mismatch it's possible to see the error you are seeing.  

There is a knowledge base article HERE with installs to the latest versions if you need them.
