Hi Everyone. I have been trying to render in cloud but I'm receiving a error message.

"Your rendering could not be rendered because an error occurred"

 

So, I started to uncheck the visibility of model categories and discovered that the planting category was preventing the render to complete. Has anyone encounter this problem before?

 

How can I fix this?

I have had the same problem since last week but I can´t figure it out. It happens with all my projects not an especific file!
What can I do or try to do?

A third person may have the same problem from the French Revit forum:

I get an error message when I start a cloud render.
The error message is: The render was not generated because an error occurred.

 

You may also try to contact the A360 Render support personnel at Autodesk using the address below from the Autodesk product web page:
