Hi!
When export to ifc from revit and chose to export "Export base quantities" the exported base quantities seems to be wrong. and some base quantities are missing? If the wall has openings the BaseQuantitiy GrossSideArea has the value of BaseQuantity NetSideArea? And the property NetSideArea among others is missing?
This is a pretty serious error if you use these properties for quantity calculation...
Is this a known bug or what?
