Wrapping to Core Boundary instead of the Center of Wall

Is it possible to align the wall insert wrapping to align to the core material boundary instead of the center of the wall 'properly' without having to use a modify/view tool such as filled regions or cut profiles?

As the image below shows, the wanted end result [to the left of the door] was used using the Cut Profile tool whereas the defaulted wall [to the right of the door] has been left without any modifications.  Would it be at all posible to get this outcome without having to utilize these extra steps for each opening?

I have attached an image of the wall structure if it can be of any assitance.

Wrapping function isn't always  working properly and I'm solving this by adding a detail item to the exterior door families to get rid of the wrapping quickly and efficiently as shown here. And this technique can be customized with any number of layers in use!door project.PNGdoor project.PNGcase.PNG
