Worksharing in Revit

I have four Revit models of single project, architectural, plumbing, electrical and mechanical. I have to convert that into a single model such that it becomes a central file, and then I can work as a team on that model(worksets). What is the best way to do such thing?

It depends but for most it is not the best way. If it was set-up with separate models, they were probably all linked to each other.
