I'm still not entirely sure what they can do and mostly have only had one in a project

_Setting up the browser - organising sheets into groups

_Is it possible to copy and paste an entire floor layout to another floor, including the dimensioning etc?  We have had to do this recently for a project where they wanted to swap a client facing floor with a typical floor and we had to re tag/dim everything and the levels were not similar enough to just swap the naming. could someone please help us

Your questions don't require or involve Worksets. That feature allows more than one user to work on a model at the same time. Each user can make their changes and synchronize their changes with a central copy of the project.

Browser Organization is way to sort/group/filter the views and sheets so they are listed in a more friendly way, according to the user or project team's needs. It is based on data that is stored in view properties so if the data you find there isn't sufficient you'll need to look into how you can add your own parameters to views for sorting.

Copy to Clipboard and Pasted Align to Selected Levels will allow you to put a copy of elements on one floor on one or more other floors (levels). If you have to make some changes to the other floor design then just copy model elements and the annotation that is still valid for the rest of the design. Add the annotation to the different elements once you revise the design on those floors.
