Recently while working in another new file I encounter this issue often!
Sometimes even worksets are set to non editable my file syncs without any issue. Sometimes this issue occurs often while clicking Relinquish all mine option !
What its mean ? what to do to resolve this issue occurring ?
Workset related issue
that usually implies a workset is Owned (vs Barrowed) by someone. but it usually tells you who.
if you open your Workset window (Collaborate > Worksets) and check all 4 boxes at the bottom. then double click on Owner, it should sort it so you can see who owns what.
