wood framing wall extension

i was going thru youtube for wall details and came a cross a revit exyensiobn for wood framing was wondering if this truly exists thru revit or is a additional program you have to purchase?

There used to be this free extension, but its no longer updated and doesn't work on newer Revit versions

why seems like a useful tool that work in conjuction with revit. are there any other extension like this that works with revit? how do you show  sections of walls and roofs like they are done in autocad?
