Windows showing poorly

In Revit 2015.  Recently some of my windows do not show properly in plan.  This is particularly odd when there are identical windows in a row and some show right and some show wrong.  I have made a custom "Plan Region" to try to correct it as well as several other things.  It isn't a phasing issue.

My guess is you have a full sweep for the exterior frame of the window.  Revit has issues cutting objects in the windows category, so you need to model the head frame separate from the sides and sill. And make the head frame not be visible in plan.
