Windows parametric family - how to create adjustable louvers

Hi I need the windows shutter louvers to display as trimmed out at the
arched top of the shutter. The arch of the shutter will vary and the
louvers need to adjust accordingly.

Can you share a picture of what it is that you would like the louvers to look like or a family if you have one in progress or to use as a basis of design?

One way out would be to use a Curtain Wall with Louvers.

The other way would be to model a louver as a generic model and nest it into the window family as a nested family with a formula driven parametric array.

Down and dirty solution - don't worry about them - the ends of the louvers will be hidden in the wall.......as long as the louvers are constrained with the width and height of the opening, it should look fine.

Ok thanks a lot. But why when i change the high and width of the shutter all my louvres go crazy? Dont respect the parameters?? And what if i use a void form to cut the louvres??

Try this - all parameters are driven by the opening width. Should be  a basis for other things.
