Since I updated my PC to windows 10, this is the error message I get when I go to print.
When I go to reinstall a printer, I get prompted to restart my print spooler. Once I do that, it seems there are no options to 'use an existing port' which is part of the adobe printer set up process.
I am able to print to PDF from autoCAD and photoshop, which tells me this is a revit specific issue. This happens in both 2018 and 2021. I've also tried reinstalling revit and adobe, as well as uninstalling the windows 10 update (which I'm positive is when this issue started happening)
any advice?
