Windows 10 installation issues!

Yes, I realize that there are numerous threads on this and yes, I have read them. And no, none have helped. Can't even get Revit LT 2016 or Acad LT 2016 to load past the initial graphic. Tried  numerous times to repair/uninstall to no avail. Google all various error codes (2203?) with no help.

I understand that the canned response to this is that Autodesk has made it clear their products are not supported in Windows 10, BUT THAT IS UNACCEPTABLE. I am losing billable hours because computers are now coming default with Windows 10 and you are fine telling me your product just doesn't work? Then give me my money back. Because I don't have the time to bring my laptop BACK to the shop to have them revert to Windows 7 or 8 without losing billable hours.

So if anyone has any help aside from advising me to look at other threads or telling me that's just the way it is, I would appreciate it. And if Autodesk would be decent enough to support it's customers directlu (gee, wouldn't that be a novel idea in customer service?) my email is aoettinger@hotmail.com.

Revit 2016 and Revit LT 2016 installed just fine on my Windows 10 installation.

So...what are your computer specs?  Do they meet the required specs?

Are you using a 4k monitor? Then change the resolution to 25-- x ----.  Display Zoom has to be 150% or lower, no if, and's or but's.

Do you have enough hard drive space?  If your C: is in the red, then you need to clean up some space.

What Build are you running btw? Be sure you have Service Pack 2 installed...

FYI...these forums are mostly staffed by volunteers/regular users of the program.  If you have issues then put in a support ticket with Autodesk.
