Window tag / mark visibility

Hi, I have a model with an existing phase (Main Model) and an extension phase in different design options.

I don't want to see window tags in the existing phase.

https://knowledge.autodesk.com/support/revit-products/learn-explore/caas/sfdcarticles/sfdcarticles/C...

suggests I could make a new parameter but I can't do line 5 as there is no drop-down list that I can see.

This must be a common intention, how is it done?

Thanks

Jon

Window tags, along with other tags, are Annotations. Annotations are view specific, meaning they do not exist in the model as a whole, but instead exist only in the view in which they were placed.

So if you have a view in which you do not want to see some tags, select them and delete them, or at least hide them.

You can hide the tags by view, or create a view template, with VG>>Annotation Categories and uncheck Window Tags
