Window tag in elevation view does not move when window is moved. See attached video. This is in Revit 22.0.2.392.
What can be causing this?

Start with installing latest patch Revit 2022.1
Latest build is 22.1.1.516

I believe it is related to the Multi-Leader functionality. I remember a similar post about this issue.
