Window not aligning properly to walls

Hello everyone!

I am trying to find a way for my window to behave in the same way as the three windows shown in the front of the building:

Window not hiding behind ret wall.PNG

Specifically, I need the window that is underlined to have the bottom portion hide just like the other three windows in the front. I have already made sure that the window is hosted by the top wall, and that the windows are aligned in the same position with respect to the walls:

Please let me know how I can make the underlined window "disappear" behind the bottom part of the wall!

Thanks!

Does the Window have an inset parameter?

Make the Window inset/offset parametric.

...or is this about the Window Cut Representation in Plan View?  If that's what we're talking about, that representation is controlled by the Plan View representation in the Family - not the Project.

Disjoin the exterior wall and the interior furring.

We actually have stacked walls, not face-to-face walls, i.e. furring. We have a wood framed wall on top of an existing concrete wall (curb or footing)

Thank you @barthbradley but we were not able to fix this by adjusting the inset parameter + or -. By the way the inset parameter is a Type Parameter. If this was an issue that why is it not affecting the three front-facing "windows?" I'm happy to share the model with someone who is willing to tinker with it to trouble-shoot.

Thanks for all help on this.

Break up the stack wall and host the window in the upper wall.
