Window nested Family: Casted Shadow issue Visualization

Hi everybody,
I cannot solve this graphical issue:
A window family made by:
- a Window Frame (Sweep based on a rectangular Family Profile)
-a nested Panel (a Window category whose profile is realized again as a sweep based on a rectangular Family Profile)

In Revit Model environment, the behavior of the windows and its visualization in Plan View works properly, when is cut,

but the SHADOWS are completely wrong: the panel is not cut, and moreover the Window frame shadow is not visible: you can see in the shadow a gap between the panel and the wall. If I remove the nested panel from the family, the frame shadow works properly instead.

Any suggestion?

No geometry is visible in plan view.  Check Plan/RCP.

...also, if it's a Nested Family, I would check ALL the boxes and make a determination about its Visibility Settings in the Host/Parent.

thanks for the reply.
No changes if I check the Plan/RCP.
the behavior of the family is correct. when i make a plan view the representation is totally correct and the window is sectioned properly.
what is wrong is the behavior of
- SHADOWS of the frame (frame visible in plan and cut but shadow not visible)
- Nested panel´s SHADOW (the shadow looks not cut but is shown in the whole shape).
please find attached the rfa file.
Many thanks for your time. 😉

Uncheck "when cut in plan view".

Are you aware that Window & Door families are not cut based on the cut plane defined in project views? That they are cut based on the cut plane defined in the family's plan view?

Other than correcting Visibility Settings and understanding Family's View Range Cut Plane rules, I don't see any other issues with the Shadows.
