Window frames display white in Elevation View in shaded mode - Material not show

Hi,

I have a problem with window visibility as on images attached. The material of the frame does not show up on elevations when shaded mode.

It does look proper in 3D though. Does anyone have an idea what can cause this problem?

Change the Sun settings (time of day, season, etc.) 

...you could also rotate your building. Not literally. Change the Project Base Point's Angle to True North.

Did someone put in a masking region in the window family?  That will override the modeled frame.  Masking Regions are 2D views only.

The 3d frame is set to invisible for Elevation and a 2d masking region was added in the family.

The problem was as above.

Set to invisible in elevations and masking region added.

I have removed masking regions and turn on the visibility in elevations and everything is visible now.
