Best to upload the family (or better project) so we can have a look what you have.

Might be a something as simple as the the view range

Please mention Revit version, especially when uploading Revit files.

Window & door families are not cut based on the cut plane defined in project views. Instead they are cut based on the cut plane defined in the family's plan view.

Change the Category to something other than Windows or Doors (e.g. Generic).

By default the window opening is 1219mm above the hosted level. If the cut plane for your floor plan is at the default (1200mm) then the family won't display correctly. Make the cut plane higher or use a plan region around those windows.

If you really must, you can recategorize just about any Revit Family this way:

...but, I am not advocating you do this in your case.  Did you read the AKN Article I linked you to above?  Did it make sense to you?

FWIW: this family needs a lot of TLC. Much of the geometry in it is unconstrained or improperly constrained, and some of the parameters do nothing, while others cause it to break to smithereens.

Just thought you should know.
