Window family Mess up with changing the sill height

Hi, My window family messed up when I change the sill height as you can see in attached file. Thanks for any help

Something is probably not constrained properly in the windows family.

What is your view cut height btw?

I'd first check in the family to find out if the origin plane is set correctly. Actually, if it's a Window Family, I'd remove the any check mark placed in "Defines Origin".
