Window family inserted into curtain wall not cutting like the curtain wall panels

plan view of the "operable window" family, this is a sloped wall.

any ideas why the operable window family may not be cutting like the rest of the elements around it?

I tried unselecting "plan/rcp" in visibility for the sweep frame and the glass

I have also selected the "cuts with void"

I figured it out - changing the family category from window to curtain panel resolved the cutting issue.

What if I want to schedule it as a window later? I don't want it to show up as "curtain panel" in my schedules
