Why some of my callouts are blue?

I'm trying to plot this sheet, but a few of the callouts are showing in blue. I already deactivated the "View links in blue (Color prints only)" option but it did not work.

They are also showing in blue in the view page:

I believe that box only controls the color when printing.

So the first is a screenshot of a print and not a revit view/sheet?

The blue in markers is indicator that it can become a clickable link when sheets are printed together (when clicking on it you go to the page where the marker reference, a section or view etc)

If it still prints blue when "View links in blue" is turned off, they are either actually blue, of viewfilter or maybe they were selected when printing. Revit will then print with the select/highlight color.

I guess it's kinda bugged. When I print, one sheet would come out blue and the other wont. Printing again, none of them are blue.
Pretty sure I didnt change anything.

I still think the one that was blue and not now was selected before printing.

Test it out, select something in the sheet (highlights blue depending setting) and then print it, the selected comes out blue.
