why Location line is frozen

Someone know why the highlighted functions are locked? It means there is no drop-down manual for location line, height and top constrains. I can't change any of them. Thanks.

What is the "New Walls" category all about? I'm scratching my head on this one. Must be Friday.

Is the wall Pinned? or uneditable ( checked out by another user )?

No. New and existing walls. Even tested on my old Revit file which was fine before and have the same issue now. (I just had new laptop and download a trail version for two days)

Not pinned. Actually I am trying to create new walls. It is just basic generic walls.

New wall category is basic generic wall. Just start a new project on new laptop and new download Revit. Do I need to re-install to solve it?

I just replicated. You're in the middle of the command. That is, you've already placed your first point and Revit is waiting for the second point.  

Choose your settings before placement of first point or after placement of wall.

I figured it out while I was reconnecting my extended monitor. Apparently I have to lower the resolution for my laptop to close to monitor resolution to unfreeze the Revit location line, etc. box. Thanks for asking.
