hello
I just recently had to do a clean uninstall and reinstall of my Revit trial and when I reopened it everything works great except my families menu for things such as windows and the like are unavailable. I can use the default windows and doors but nothing else. I also included a screenshot of what I see on the dropdown. Thank you for any help you can provide.
