Extract Dimension values and apply instance parameters to dimensions

Dear all, quite a wild request.

 This is an area of an area plan. The local services require apart from the area to display the Length an Width dimension on the Excel sheet after which the area is calculated. How possible would it be, even with Dynamo to be able to extract those two values and connect them to their specific area. I'm mot expecting any positive outcome out of this, thanks in advance.

You can do it with formula to get the length and width from the area and perimeter.  Do a Google search you can get it.  However, it only works for rectangular shapes.

Another way is draw property lines follow the area and schedule property line segments.

You can also do this with Dynamo, but same as Toan's solution, it only really works for rectangles. Curious what your local services expect you to use in a situation where a room is not rectangular?
