Why does light disappear when there's more than one?

I downloaded this light: https://www.bimobject.com/en-us/luce-and-light/product/pasito_11, and when I try to copy it or place another one in a plan view cut at its center, it doesn't show up:

It needs a wall as a host, make sure you are picking the wall, and check its height and view range cut plane

I checked all those things - it will only appear if the plan region cuts through a part of it - probably another bug in 2025? This first one still appears

Works beautifully on my end, so it's definitely not a "BUG!". Must be a loose nut behind your keyboard.  :zwinkerndes_Gesicht:

Check the Lighting Fixture mounting height on placement and make sure it is within the View's View Range . Also, set the View Detail Level to Coarse while placing.

Placing while Coarse didn't work. I've checked everything and the pics I posted earlier show how one shows up fine - this is what it is in 3d:

Can you explain what you are pointing out in this screenshot?  I can't tell.

What level and view range settings are in play for the view (associated level) in your image. You shouldn't need a plan region to show a light fixture that's just above the floor. The normal view range settings for a floor plan ought to show the fixture(s). What happens if you delete the plan region?
