Revit version 2023.1
Hi there :),
I´m trying to create an item list that counts items from the linked model and also from the host model. The goal is to have a list with all the furniture for every room.
My host model is reconizing the room and tags it but not the room itself so the room refernce point of the family doesn´t now in witch room it is.
The only way to make it work so far ist to place a new room in the host model and name it the same but I have more than 300 rooms.
I´ve already checked the phase mapping and room boundries are also ticked.
Maybe there is a better way?
I´m sorry for my english by the way
I´ve tried.
So, you want to create a schedule?
Check the "include elements in links"

Yeah a schedule.
I already did that and that´s working but not the problem.
All items from the linked model are shown in the schedule but not the ones from the main or host model.
I placed furniture in the host model that I also want in that list. I guess the room reference points are not referencing the rooms from the linked model. Only the onces that I placed in the host model.

Rooms in a linked model do not provide a "room" for furniture in your model, as you've discovered. You'll need to create rooms in your model that are equivalent to rooms in theirs. Another way to solve this is to use Spaces because there is way to place spaces wherever a room exists in a linked model and automatically match name/number between rooms/spaces. However since you want to schedule their furniture and yours together that will still give you a problem in your schedule because their model has rooms and yours would use spaces. I'd have to try it to prove it but you might be able to use the Combine Parameter feature to "merge" the room name and number with space name and number so the schedule would list space info for your families and room info for theirs.
Edit: Combine Parameters does work to combine Room and Spaces.
