WHY DOES AUTODESK NEVER ANSWER SUPPORT REQUESTS?

My organization has purchased Revit 2016 licenses, but I cannot access Revit 2016 and it does not show up in my account download page.  I reached out to Autodesk support weeks ago but have not received an answer.  There is no support phone number to contact.  What next? Can my organization get a refund? We will switch over to ArchiCAD.

Hi @Anonymous,

Welcome to the community!

Sorry to hear about the issue. Could you provide an order number or case number? I am not able to find anything in our system under the email address for this account. Are you sure you are using the correct login? I am happy to look into what is happening.

Thank you, Matt.  I do not have a specific case number.  I had filled in the form here: http://knowledge.autodesk.com/contactus/websupport/finding-download, which I'm assuming would open a case?, and then never heard back.  I am using the correct login - I accessed the site directly from an email I received from Autodesk that my account permissions had been changed.  I have the contract number and serial number for our Revit 2016 access, but don't think I should post them on a public forum.

Hi @Anonymous,

Could you just send me a private message with your serial number? I can look everything up with it to see what is happening. To send a private message, click on my screen name matthew.d and then on Send Private Message.
