White Screen Issue in Revit 2024

Hi Everyone,

When I opened Revit 2024, a small white screen appeared, so I uninstalled it and tried using Revit 2021 instead. Unfortunately, I'm getting the same issue with a white screen. Has anyone else experienced this or know how to fix it?
