White lines in toposolid only when printed

I have a bit a wonky shaped toposolid. Everything looks fine except when I print to PDF. Below are a couple screen shots of my issue. The first is taken from within Revit and the second is after I print to PDF using Bluebeam.  It looks like to me that the polygons used to make up the surface don't quite line up within the PDF data. And there doesn't seem to be an issue when I print it out on paper.  So it's probably not Revit's fault. Still, has anyone else come across this issue and have found a solution?

Also, by the way. the graphics setting is on consistent colors. Shaded makes it look like a low polygon video game from the 90's. And with realistic and textured I don't get the hatch patterns on the house.
