Which alphabet is avoided in naming grids in revit.

I was asked for a revit interview that which alphabet is not used while naming grids? I was very puzzled to hear such a question. Does someone know about this or is it false?

Yes.

Letter O look like number 0

Letter I look like number 1

XXX is known for adult websites

FU is a common curse in English

Some people even avoid H and 8 for grid line because they sound the same when speak.  I understand the reason but I wouldn't go that far.

That sounds like a really dumb "gotcha" question. Probably trying to intentionally make you uncomfortable to see how you react. Not saying its not a valid point, but I don't see the point in asking this in an interview beyond this.

Actually, I think I just lost the job.  666, 69 and 13 are numbers -  not letters of the alphabet.  Arrgh!

0 is the alphabet I guess, maybe because its same as 0.

So, let's say you're looking at 28 grids from A to Z.  Is it really going to be that difficult to decide whether O is a number or a letter?   

I would think a missing O grid would be more confusing.

On a serious note, I would only avoid letter O and letter I for the reason I already mentioned. 

I personally use XXX and FU all the time for temporary grids and refer to them with a straight face during project team meeting.
