You have to click "In-Place Mass" first under Massing & Site, draw your profile then the Create Form button will show up.

You have to have some lines in there so that it knows to create a form from...use the pick line tool to create a profile off of your existing lines.

  1. You need to switch to section of elevation view
  2. Start In-Place Mass
  3. Set workplane by selecting wall
  4. Draw a profile using reference lines (not model lines)
  5. Switch to 3D and using reference line (pick line tool) pick the edge of the circular parapet
    1. If you have no parapet - switch to plan view and draw a quarter circle using reference line
  6. Select all - Profile on the wall + the 1/4 circle and click Form
  7. Finish Sketch with the green tick
