Where is my Revit 2020LT download with Serial Number?

Our company bought a one year subscription for 3 stations of Revit 2020 LT and AutoCAD 2020LT this past week . I am not seeing this product listed in my products list. I have an email from Autodesk saying I am the administrator and start this ....go here.....but it is not working correctly.

Hi Don, I am sorry to hear that you are having trouble seeing the products you have subscribed too. As a first step I suggest that you go to the accounts page, https://manage.autodesk.com/cep/#products-services, and if you still don't see the products, please click the link "Can't find a product?". 

This should help you with the next step such as downloading the software etc. Hope this helps, if not please let me know!
