When I add the door in revit 20 or 10 door drawings, the door comes but the gap does not appear. Everything is in place in 3D

As @barthbradley states this would typically due to the Cut Plane in that View.
You can check this in the Properties Palette > View Range > Edit
In this example this is a Standard OOTD View with a Cut Plane Offset
This example is where it is placed above the Door

You might also be seeing the Door that way because you are view in the "wrong" View. Maybe you're in a Ceiling Plan View - not Plan View.

Thank you very much for your interest, but I have looked at each floor level unfortunately I am on the correct floor plan.
Moreover, I am not the only one with this problem. We are also looking for a form with similar problems
