So I have already created a 1st Floor Reflected Ceiling Plan and when I go to create a 2nd floor Reflected Ceiling Plan I don't show a 2nd Floor Plan to choose from. Any ideas why would be great!

There must be an RCP for level 2 already but it maybe renamed so you don't recognize.  By the way, if you don't want to find it and just want to create a new one then uncheck this box.

Your are correct. However when I create a Reflected Ceiling Plan Revit adds it to Coordination - Ceiling Plans. It looks very odd. I am able to change the Discipline to Architectural from Coordination and it automatically moves to Ceiling Plans under Architectural but it still looks weird.

Figured it out. Needed to adjust the view range.

Check VG see if anything got turned off; and check Phase status + Phase filter.
