When creating a group instance, colours disapear

Hi,

I have made a group of part of this building.  In the group editor the colours are normal, but when I add it into the main file (by creating an instance) the colours all go grey.

Does someone know why or how to avoid it?

Many thankssss

When you place the group, what Phase is the view set to your placing it in? If you place it in an "Existing" view, the group will be set to Existing, not New Construction.

The phase is project completion and the phase filter is on Show All... so maybe that is not the problem..

Are you using Worksets? What Workset are you placing it on?

Select a gray group and see which phase it belongs to.

Is the object placed in different workset when you group them? Also check the filter and see if model group is part of filtering.
