What kind of parameter is this? Door Panel Height

So the standard internal door which came with Revit has some parameters such as Door Panel Width and Height.

I CAN schedule these but CAN'T tag them and they don't appear in the door family template nor can find a way toI add them, so as far as I can tell they're not Shared Paramters, true System Parameters or even standalone parameters inside one particular door family.

Where did they come from? How do I add them to a new door family other than starting with the existing door and deleting erything in it before building my new door?  For me at least, I need to understand them, I've taken the time to master parameter use, shared parameters and also code add-ins so have an understanding of the underlying nature of them but these don't appear to be following the rules!

I never noticed that there is a parameter called "Door Panel Width" in a door family which came with Revit. I've noticed the parameters "Height" and "Width" and also some other...

When I open the door family template, I see some of these parameters. 

Some parameters can't be deleted. Family templates may have these built-in parameters which can be used in scheduling.  Noticed that the "remove" button may be grayed out.
