What is this TOPO object and how do I edit it?

I put in a topo surface and I think a pad around the house to cut around the foundation? I don't remember what I did here. It traces around the foundation though. The foundation has now slightly changed... that bump out at the bottom is gone and I want to edit this line. But when I click on it I just get everything saying "modify topography" with no tools to modify it.

Anyone know?

You need to select the BUIDING PAD - not its Topo Infill - to Edit the Sketch Boundary.

It is the topo created by the building pad.  Use TAB to select the building pad (look at the bottom left status bar for what you are actually selecting), or do a cross window select and use filter to grab the building pad only.
