What HVAC system I have to choose if house holder uses split air conditioners with cooling and heating option in each bedroom? There is no air conditioner option in default Energy settings.

This is another example showing that Revit is not suitable for detailed energy simulation (or load calculation).

If you really want to have detailed results, you need to use a dedicated software.

It's not clear to me what you are asking.  Have you set Building Type and your Parameter Values under Building/Space Type Settings yet?

Yes, I set these parameters. The building is a dormitory. Each room has its own air conditioner with cooling and heating option. They don't use heat pumps, boilers, VAV or gas heat. The question is - what HVAC system to choose from the given list?

I'm still not following you, buddy. It's an Energy Analysis -- not a HVAC equipment planner.  Run the Analysis with the default settings. You'll have further opportunities beyond to manipulate the results/data.  You can get into the "weeds" then.  But first, you need to know how "tall" the weeds are.  Run the Energy Analysis to find out.
