way to place different schedules/views on different sheets in one go

Is there a way (with usage of some add onns presume) to place different schedules on different views at once? I have a task to place created schedules on appropriate sheets and the list is looooong. I know that with sheet duplicator you can select schedules from dropdown menu for each sheet but I'm past sheet creation for now and I only need to add schedules. I was hoping that you can replace schedules that are already are on sheet with different ones but it's not an option. Nevermind the location - I can align it later - all I want is to have some way to do it (like schedule with list of sheets and dropdown menus for views/schedules to add to the listed sheets). Currently the only option is to manually drag the schedules on sheets and with 3 schedules per sheet (with more than 300 sheets) it is a total waste of time to do this manually. Unfortunately I have no experience with Dynamo so that is not the solution for me 😕

I couldn't manage to run pyRevit in Revit 2016 unfortunately 😕

Have you tried this..

1. Place schedule on one sheet

2. Copy it

3. Paste aligned to selected views.

4. Choose all the sheets required...

If theres some information which is common in say more than 100 sheets.. you may skip using schedule but

just implement a " Annotation Family " nested in the Sheet Family.. keep visibility parameter to switch it off or on..

If you can manage Editable annotation family ( using instance parameter of text , numbers etc ), then just one change would update all your sheets.. no hassle of dragging any view, legend, schedule on sheet..

This would be a solution if I'd like to have the same schedule everywhere, but I have different schedules on different sheets (room schedule on appropriate marketing plan of apartment). So using schedules if a must for possible future updates in calculations. I feel it's time for me to learn Dynamo...

I think there is a way to place same schedule on all the sheets and that schedule will adapt to the views on sheets..

am not sure how to achieve it.. need to work on it..

just like keynote schedule .. it adapts and calculates element shown on current plan on the sheet..

am sure someone here will help you out with this idea..

So far I didn't didn't find a native solution but well - I started to learn Dynamo to do such things! Fingers crossed 🙂
