I need to create a double recessed wall width at bottom is 1m and at 1st recess its reduced to 80cm thn at the top its again 1m and if u look in elevation its curved like a vertical curve slop of curve is 0.5% height of wall is not constant it changes at every 5m
Minimum is 3m and maximum height is 12m
Recess in not all through the wallits only in portion where height exceed to 6m

a rough drawing to show how you want to do it, will be very useful...

Supposing  I understood you, I think that you can use either :

• Components >Model in Place > a Wall -Void
• or
• a Generic Model Face Based or Wall Based Void Family..
