WALLS IN SECTION SHOWS LINE WEIGHTS WRONG

I have a problem with revit showing the lineweights cut in section as thin lines, but thye should show as thick if they cut through something.

check your VG maybe there is overrides changes or try type TL. thanks

TL is on, that not the problem.

and I'm not sure what I'm looking for in VG? ( see photo)

Still have the issue.

 

Surely this must have something to do with the wall family. the roof is correct its just the wall that doesn't understand that is should graphically display as cut through plasterboard and exterior cladding.

Accepted solution

By default only the outer shrink-wrap lines are presented by Wall Cut Line style defined in the Object styles.  All the interior lines are the same thinner line weight.  If you want to override the interior lines, VG and tick the Cut Line style box bottom right of the window, there you will be able to set each of the layer function with an unique line style.
